Instructions:

• Position support under center of arch with blue pad facing up
  
• Wrap strap on inside of foot over the top of foot. Secure the strap to the brace
  
• Wrap strap from outside of foot over the top of foot. Secure the strap to the brace
  

One Size: Measure around arch. Fits up to 45cm.
